The following is a portfolio of locations which we have had the honor to investigate. We have tried to be as accurate as we can on our findings. We will not claim or validate a location to be haunted without actual proof of such said haunting. To do so solely for popularity goes against our code of ethics. We would also like to state, that just because we personally may have not experienced activity, or attained evidence in certain locations. That does not mean that it may not be haunted, or may not have paranormal activity. It merely means that since we have found no evidence of such said activity, we cannot in good conscience validate those claims.

Seven Sisters Inn / Scott House – Ocala Florida | (2008)
The Scott House is a restored Victorian home, Circa 1888, Queen Anne Style, eight guest rooms, office, front entry foyer, separate garage and workshop area. In 1986 it was judged as best restoration on Florida. The House may or may not be on the site where a battle between soldiers and Seminole Indians took place. The original house was built in 1888 but burned down.

Conclusion: This location has high levels of activity and provided numerous pieces of evidence.
Seven Sisters Inn, Rheinauer House – Ocala Florida | (2008/2009)
International House (purple) was built in 1892 and was the family home for entrepreneur and influential Ocala citizen Charles Rheinauer and his wife Emma. The couple moved in to the house in 1895 and remained there until they each died 30 or 40 years later. It is believed the house was possibly built on the very spot of a triage nearby Fort King.

The Clewiston Inn – Clewiston Florida | (2009)
The Clewiston Inn (also known as The Inn) is a historic site in Clewiston, Florida, United States. It is located at U.S. 27, west of the junction with CR 832, and is the oldest hotel in the area of Lake Okeechobee. On February 21, 1991, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
* Paranormal Activity: Confirmed – Haunting Status: 3 of 5 stars
Conclusion: We debunked some of their claims, but did obtain evidence of the paranormal.
S.S. American History – Tampa Florida | (2009)
Named after American University in Washington, D.C. and launched in June 1945, the SS American Victory served as one of 414 Victory ships constructed during World War II. As a replacement for the Liberty ships, the Victory class offered greater speed and hull flexibility, leading to the loss of fewer ships.

Conclusion: Whereas we heard rumors, we found no evidence to validate those claims.
Stranahan House – Fort Lauderdale, Florida | (2009)
Stranahan House is the home of Fort Lauderdale pioneers Frank and Ivy Stranahan. Built in 1901 as a trading post and converted into a residence for the Stranahans in 1906, the house is the oldest surviving structure in Broward County. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and today operates as a historic house museum. Frank Stranaham committed suicide in the back of his home during the great depression. It is rumored that him, his brother and Ivy still haunt this location.

Conclusion: This location as impressive indeed as it yielded amazing evidence and personal experiences.
The Cassadaga Hotel – Cassadaga Florida | (2009/2010)
The Cassadaga hotel is considered to be one of the best kept secrets of haunted Florida. The magnificent hotel that currently stands in Cassadaga Florida was constructed in the year of 1928. Prior to this, another building stood in its place that was constructed in the latter part of the 1800s. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed the original building in the year of 1926

Conclusion: We encountered numerous spirits in this location via personal experiences and audio recordings.
Tir na Nog Pub – Daytona Florida | (2009)
Tir na Nog Pub in Daytona Florida is known to be the oldest standing Irish Pub in Daytona Beach. Cozy and laid back, the pub’s atmosphere and comradely ensures the most unique bar experience in town.

Conclusion: We investigated this location and found no evidence of paranormal activity.
Don Vicente Hotel – Tampa Florida | (2010)
The Don Vicente was originally a Cuban clinic in the early 1900s called “El Bein Public” a.k.a “The good Public”. They were a medical building for the Latin residents of Tampa until 1968 when it fell in disrepair. In 2014 it was purchased, gutted, gutted, restored and turned into a quaint hotel. The hotel closed its doors in May 2015, and was supposed to be be converted into office spaces.

Conclusion: We found this place to be very highly active in both personal experiences and evidence attained.
The Cuban CLub – Tampa Florida | (2010)
El Circulo Cubano de Tampa (also known as the Cuban Club) is a historic building constructed in 1917 (to replace an earlier structure on the same site that burned down) to serve as a gathering place for Cuban immigrants in Ybor City, Tampa, Florida. It was designed by Tampa architect M. Leo Elliott

Conclusion: Whereas we had personal experiences, sadly we did not attain any EVPs to go with our personal experiences.
Ybor Resort & Spa a.k.a The Trelles Clinic – Tampa, Fl. | (2010)

Conclusion: Female apparition, unexplained noises, shirt tugged and audio EVPS.
The Italian Club – Tampa Florida | (2010)
L’Unione Italiana, or The Italian Club, was founded in 1894 as a mutual-aid society for its Italian members. Its first president, Bartolo Filogamo, was the first Italian cigar manufacturer. When it started, the club had only 107 members. By November 1935, the amount of members reached 3000.

Conclusion: We investigated this location and found little evidence to really validate any paranormal claims.
Old South Florida State Hospital – Pembroke Pines, FL | (2010)
South Florida State Hospital built in 1957, abandoned in 1994 was known to be a mental asylum. They treated both children and adult and experimented on them. The location was closed due to over medication, violence within by inmates and failure to abide by city code. We were the first team to discover and investigate this location, we spent 2 yrs filming there and investigating. Location has become too dangerous due to asbestos levels and local law enforcement will arrest anyone caught in there.

Conclusion: Phenomenal location, extreme levels of activity and personal experiences.
Old GilChrist Jail – Trenton Florida | (2010)
The Old GilChrist Jail was built in 1928 and closed in 1968, the building now lies abandoned along with an old house. Rumor has it that some of the deputies who worked died in the line of duty and haunt the halls. It is also stated a young drug dealer was murdered nearby and his body left to rot in the jail until it was later discovered.

Conclusion: Whereas we had some personal experience, the evidence yielded was minimal on our charts.
Painted Lady Inn– St. Augustine, Florida | (2010)
In 1910 Charles Segui (a local merchant of minorcan descent) built this grand Victorian home. The home was in the Segui family for nearly 80 years and their presence is still felt here or so they claim. However as we know in the field claims, are claims unless validated by evidence.

Conclusion: Beautiful location with wonderful owners, we attained no evidence to validate their claims
Kenilworth Lodge – Sebring, FL | (2010)
The Kenilworth Lodge is an historic resort hotel located at 1610 Lakeview Drive in Sebring, Florida. Built in 1916 for George E. Sebring, the developer of the town of Sebring, it has been continuously in use as a hotel since. The location is permanently closed now due to disarray and lack of maintenance. Rumors have it that it is truly haunted, yet we cannot validate that even after investigating it.

Conclusion: Great location with a heavy atmosphere, however we attained no evidence. Others teams may have, we did not.
Old Sunrise Hospital – Pembroke Pines, FL | (2010)
The old Sunrise hospital was once a children’s hospital which was closed for renovations, what became of the place we do not know. However the claims by workers that it was haunted by both adult and children spirits was validate. We encountered shadow figures, moving objects and high levels of EVPs.

Conclusion: evidence and experiences attained validated the worker claims of paranormal activity.
Arcadia Opera House a.k.a Desoto Opera House – Arcadia Florida | (2011)
The Arcadia Opera House was constructed in 1906, making it one of the first buildings built after a large fire destroyed most of downtown Arcadia in 1905. Rumors has it is once was an orphanage before becoming a theater for carny type shows and musicals. Now the building is used as an antique store where many visitors visit.

Conclusion: We spent many nights sleeping and investigating this location, activity was present to a degree.
East Martello Museum aka Robert the Doll – Key West, FL | (2011)
Originally built as a Civil War fortification, Fort East Martello has served several purposes over the years. Its last role was as a training facility for the Navy and Army during World War II, after which time the Fort fell into disuse and decay. After extensive restoration, the Society opened it in 1950 to the public as a local art and history museum. The museum is said to be haunted but the famous Robert the Doll, we prove that was not the story.

Conclusion: Our investigation yielded both personal experiences and paranormal evidence.
East Martello Citadel – Key West, FL | (2011)
The citadel is on the property of East Martello and is a separate structure. Originally built as a Civil War fortification, Fort East Martello has served several purposes over the years. In 1873, construction on East Martello officially terminated. Regardless of their unfinished state, both forts proved advantageous throughout the Spanish-American War, World War I, and World War II. During these conflicts, the government used both Martello citadel towers as radio stations, storage units, and barracks for soldiers stationed in Key West.

Conclusion: We were able to attain digital evidence in this structure, but not more than the other building.
The Carrabelle Light House – Carrabelle, FL | (2011)
The Crooked River Light, also known as the Carrabelle Light, was built in 1895 to replace the Dog Island Light on Dog Island, which had been destroyed in 1875 by a hurricane. The location on the mainland allowed the light to serve as the rear range light for the channel to the west of Dog Island, used by ships in the lumber trade.

The Carrabelle Museum – Carrabelle, FL | (2011)
The museum is located in the Old Carrabelle City Hall built by local mason Marvin Justiss in 1933 during the Depression as a work program to employ locals. The museum has 4 rooms to display its collections, a large entry hall for special displays, and a workroom/office for the volunteers to process the incoming artifacts. We have several displays that highlight Local Heroes; the Steamship Tarpon, which was key to building our community in the early 1900’s; and Carrabelle’s “First People”, natives who lived here thousands of years ago

The Hilltop Manor – Carrabelle, FL | (2011)
The hilltop manor was an old home in Carebelle Florida which was stated to have been abandoned by the previous owners. It was purchased by a new owner who was looking to renovate it. We have no clue what became of this location, but we were afforded the opportunity to investigate it while we were there.

Conclusion: We did encounter a slew of personal experiences, but sadly only few questionable EVPs were attained.
The Gibson Inn – Apalachicola, Florida. | (2011)
The Gibson Inn was built in 1907 at the peak of Apalachicola’s reign as a center for lumber and shipping. Originally called the Franklin Hotel, the Gibson was constructed by James Fulton Buck. It was a classic three story Victorian structure with wrap around porches on the first and second floors. People claimed it was truly haunted, we surely did not come to those conclusions.

Conclusion: We were fortunate to investigate the location and the haunted attic, we however attain minimal experiences and evidence.
Historic Peninsula Inn – Gulfport, FL | (2011)
The Historic Peninsula Inn has been part of the heart of Gulfport, Florida since 1905. Originally called the Bayview Hotel, and after WWII, the Cedars of Sinai, the building now known as the Historic Peninsula Inn has had a long and interesting history.

Conclusion: Whereas the place is a cool location, we did not attain any evidence to validate the claims of activity.
Ritz Historical Inn – Ocala, Florida. | (2012)
Built in 1925, the Ritz Historical Inn was said to have experienced a fire in its early days which killed several guests. Their ghosts apparently still haunt the premises. The building was handed over in 2010 to Volunteers of America, and plans are underway to convert the building to housing for homeless veterans

The Spanish Military Hospital – St. Augustine, FL | (2012)
The Spanish military hospital is not the actual hospital that stood from the late 1700’s to the year of 1821, but an exact replica. Some state it was built in the early 1800s, we have reason to believe that may not be factual. Never the less there were numerous claims of paranormal activity and thus we decided to see for ourselves what we would discover. We did a filming in this location with Univision TV.

Conclusion: Whereas we love the old decor, and the stories behind it. We did attain some evidence but nothing substantial for a higher rank
The Smallwood store – Everglades City, FL | (2012)
Established in 1906 by Ted Smallwood, this Trading Post served a remote and isolated area buying hides, furs, and farm produce in exchange for providing the goods required to survive. Ted Smallwood’s Store was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, it remained opened until 1982. The place is rumored to be haunted by Edgar Watson who came to Chokoloskee in the early-1900’s, who was said to have been an outlaw with the Jesse James gang in Arkansas, and to have killed Belle Starr, the ‘Bandit Queen’ of the Old West.

Banks of the Everglades Inn – Everglades City, Florida. | (2012)
The Bank of Everglades Building was a bank in Everglades City, Florida. The building was renovated and turned into an inn by the owner. We had the wonderful experience of spending a night in the inn alone. I awoke to find my bed rocking from side to side by itself, we were the first team ever to enter here.

Conclusion: This location yielded both personal and paranormal digital evidence.
Historic Rod and Gun club – Everglades City, Florida. | (2012)
The Rod and Gun Club was originally built in 1864 as a lodge for fur traders at the site of the first permanent white settlement in the area. In 1873 Merchant W. S. Allen opened a general store and dock ion the Barron River where the Rod and Gun Club currently stands. The location is beautiful but the upstairs was left in a state of disarray. It was a place for celebrities and presidents during its glorious days.

Conclusion: Even though this place yielded great personal experiences, the evidence we attained was sub par.
Nike Missile IFC Site HM-95, D Battery – Everglades City, Florida. | (2013)
Built in 1965 by the U.S. Army in response to the Cuban Missile Crisis. This Nike site, like many others, was split into two locations. One was the Launcher area (L), where the missiles were actually located. The Launcher area was located near the Krome INS Facility. The other location was the radar communications and control facility (IFC), where they did targeting and fire control. It was decommissioned in mid 1979 after it was decided that they offered nothing to the security of the nation.

Castillo San Cristobal – San Juan, Puerto Rico. | (2013)
Castillo San Cristóbal is the largest fortification built by the Spanish in the New World. When it was finished in 1783, it covered about 27 acres of land and basically wrapped around the city of San Juan. Entry to the city was sealed by San Cristóbal’s double gates. After close to one hundred years of relative peace in the area, part of the fortification (about a third) was demolished in 1897 to help ease the flow of traffic in and out of the walled city.

The Complex, Port of Isles staff quarters – Everglades City, Florida. | (2014)
This building on the same property was said to house the staff who had to work overnight at the hotel. It is said this where they would spend the nights during long weekend rather than drive home. The place was left in shambles and the furniture within still intact but rotting away.

Old Port of the Island Hotel – Everglades City, Florida. | (2014)
The old port of the island hotel in Everglades City was built in 1957 as part of Golden Gates estates. It was place to get away and unwind, yet it had a dark and sinister history. As many of the locals would call it the blood hotel for it was rumored that drug cartels would land there DC3s there full of cocaine. It is rumored that the cartels ran the place in the 1980s and those who crossed them disappeared. How much of that rumor is true we do no know. The place is now closed up and in ruins.

The Gulfstream Hotel – West Palm Beach, Fl. | (2015)
Built in 1923 in Lake Worth, Florida, the 106-room Gulfstream Hotel is on the National Register of Historic Places. Several developers salvaged the hotel from a long-running foreclosure lawsuit and it is currently under renovation. The hotel is reportedly haunted by the ghost of a six year old girl, we did not find evidence of this.

The New River Inn – Fort Lauderdale Fl. | (2015)
The New River Inn is a historic site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida located at 231 Southwest 2nd Avenue. The New River Inn was constructed in 1905 by the area’s first contractor Edwin T. King. It was commissioned by Nathan Philemon Bryan, a Jacksonville native and US senator.

The King Cromatie – Fort Lauderdale Fl. | (2015)
The King Cromartie house is one of the earliest houses built in Fort Lauderdale. Built back in 1907 by one of the first residents of Fort Lauderdale, it’s made from Dade County pine and salvaged lumber from shipwrecks. This was an easy way to get building materials due to the high amount of shipwrecks nearby.

The Deering Estate – Miami Fl. | (2015)
Charles Deering Estate (also known as Deering Estate at Cutler) was the Florida home of Charles Deering. In 1873 Deering graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as an officer in the Navy until 1881. Charles Deering died at the age of 75 at his estate at Cutler, at 11:30 P.M. on February 5, 1927. After Charles’ death, the estate was left to his wife and children.

The Richmond Cottage – Miami Fl. | (2015)
In 1900 the wooden house was built and soon after S.H. Richmond’s wife, Edith, opened the house as an Inn called the Richmond Cottage. Guests who stayed at the Richmond Cottage, according to the 1900 register of the Inn, include Henry Morrison Flagler and James Ingrahm. The Richmond Cottage was named the most southern hostelry in the continental United States by The Miami Metropolis in 1901. It was the home of Charles Deering until his death.

The Broward Correctional Institution BCI – Southwest Ranches, Fl. | (2017)
The Broward Correctional Institution (BCI) was a correctional facility located in the former Country Estates CDP and in Southwest Ranches, Florida, operated by the Florida Department of Corrections. The facility was opened in 1977 to house a male inmate population. However, in its history the prison has had only female inmates.The facility was closed in 2012. Closure was scheduled for May 1 of that year. It was home to two of Florida’s famous female serial killers, Aileen Carol Wuornos Pralle aka the animal and Judy Buenoano aka the Black Widow.

The Old Davie School Museum – Davie, Fl. | (2019)
When Davie was nothing more than swamp and vegetable farms, the Davie School — Broward’s first permanent schoolhouse — welcomed 90 students when it opened in 1918. When not in school, students worked on their families’ nearby potato, pepper and avocado farms. The historic school taught children until 1978, and the Broward County School Board donated the five-acre site to the town of Davie in 1983

The Walsh-Osterhoudt House – Davie, Fl. | (2019)
The Walshes occupied the home until their death in 1932. In 1955 it was bought by the Osterhoudt family. Mrs. Osterhoudt taught first grade at the Old Davie School for 25 years and remained active in the community after her retirement. The Walsh–Osterhoudt House is among the oldest structures remaining in Davie.
